DRAWING JOURNAL
Not just one, but several in different formats, sizes and paper qualities.
Not simply sketchbooks, but both companion and space for ongoing journey.
A place of departure and closure.
A place to return to in times of overwhelm,
in times of not having a studio or when traveling.
It allows to ponder, to explore purposelessly.
Thought can be shaped and it can be overcome. Ever new perceptions of isness are rendered, while memory is tracked or altered.
Due to its personal nature, this is only a very brief selection of rather recent example pages.
